How Giolitti Deli is continuing to serve our Annapolis community during the coronavirus shutdowns.
Due to recent measures taken by the state of Maryland to help prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus, restaurants across the state have had to close their dining rooms. However, our businesses can still offer curbside pickup services to help provide our customers with their favorite meals. Giolitti Deli is committed to providing our customers with the delicious food and fresh groceries that they expect. We have adjusted our hours and included curbside pickup services to protect the health of our employees and our community members. Read on to learn what Giolitti Deli can provide for you during this time, and how we can support each other as a community.
Giolitti Deli Appreciates Our Community
We have seen so much support and generosity from our Annapolis community already, and we want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts! We love providing our customers with great Italian meals and groceries, and we plan on doing that for as long as possible, but we can’t do it without the support of our customers. We plan to keep our store fully stocked with fresh, healthy foods and groceries, along with our fine Italian wines.
To accommodate our customers and employees, we have changed our hours slightly. We are open Monday through Friday from 11 am to 7 pm, and on Sundays from 11 am to 4 pm.
What You Can Find at Giolitti Deli
We currently have refrigerators fully stocked with fresh lasagnas, chicken dishes, manicotti, shells, sauces, and more ready to be purchased! We recently received a ravioli shipment, and we have stocked up on frozen meatballs, sausage, and shrimp for our guests to take home and store in their freezer. In addition to purchasing prepared meals and groceries, our full lunch and dinner menus are available for pickup at our restaurant.
How We Plan on Staying Safe
Of course, while we want to continue serving our community, we also want to ensure the continued health of everyone who visits Giolitti Deli, as well as our employees. To make our food accessible and to avoid crowding, we are offering carryout and curbside services for meal orders and groceries. And yes, this does include our wine selection! We are also working on marketing deliveries to communities and condos and apartment buildings.
