Anything goes when it comes to Charcuterie, so be creative! In addition to the classic meats such as prosciutto, soppressata, and Genoa salami, we have dozens of other delicious options. Some of our personal favorites are Iberico chorizo, Finocchiona salami, bresaola. speck and Jamon Serrano.
For cheese, there are way too many favorites to list! From tangy or nutty to smooth and creamy, we have something for everyone’s taste. You can start with the basics like imported provolone and bufala mozzarella, or try burrata or Sardinian truffle cheese! Other fun options are Huntsman, gorgonzola dolce, drunken goat cheese, and taleggio. So many to choose from at Giolitti’s!
