Iberico Chorizo and Salami At Giolitti Deli
Wednesday, January 9th, 2019Iberico chorizo and salami are delicious cured meats from black Iberian pigs that live in the Dehesa of Spain. A Dehesa is a cultural landscape of southern and central Spain and southern Portugal, and the land is often used to raise free-range domestic pigs. These pigs are used to make the dry-cured sausage.
